Downtown Veterans Day Parade & Celebration This Saturday


Some street closures will affect downtown traffic

The 29th Annual Veterans Day Observance will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in downtown St. Louis.

The event kicks off at 10 a.m. with patriotic music at the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, 1315 Chestnut Street. A Veterans Day Ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m. The Veterans Day Parade begins with the "Massing of the Colors" at noon.

Parade/Street Closures

Assembly for the Veterans Day Parade will begin at 9 a.m., closing down Olive between Tucker and Jefferson and Chestnut between 14th and 15th for parking. The route will begin at noon by heading west on Chestnut to 14th, south on 14th to Market, and will end by going west on Market to Union Station, for disbandment. All streets will reopen when the parade is complete.
